Modules of Self Centering Rotators & Features

Thread Rolled Lead Screws having RH+LH combination to move roll housings to maintain shell centerline for various diameter.

Lead Screw has Heavy Duty Thrust bearings to withstand Axial load and Metal guard to keep-off from dust.

Lead Screws to move roller housings are Motorized to pre-position them at various locations to suit various shell diameter. These movements are done while the Rotator is free from Load or before loading the shell.

Primo Rotators has Dual side drive for uniform rotation even passing Shell Long-Seam.

Drive heads have Gear reducers with CYCLOIDAL Primary and HELICAL-SPUR at Secondary connected WITHOUT couplings.

Direct shaft mounting eliminates drive part exposure to work environment, thus enhances TBM (Time Between Maintenance)

Self-Propelled powered rotator has motorized Bogies (Dual side) to move shells on a pre-laid rail along the length. Idler Rotator has Idler Bogie, which can move along with Powered Unit.

Optional Wireless Remote Control for easy on the go setup & control option.

Double Walled Control Panel for very high protection from dust and most suitable for open yard environment.

High Quality PU (Poly Urethane) Lined Steel Rolls used in multiples, with adequate shore hardness to withstand rated load.

We provide customized Self Centering rotators with special insulation and lined rollers for different applications. Optional Automatic Pitch distance centering is also provided.
