·      The Robot cell is  equipped with 3 additional external axesapart from the 6 Axis Robot,

·      One for Slider axis on which the robot is mounted, Another 2 Axes is for the Job Holding L Type or Sky hook Positioner.

·      Welding Current upto 400 Amps.

·      Lot of Flexibility in terms of Robot Reach and Complex job welding capability with advanced Robot features.

·      The complete Robotic Cell is capable of Welding any Jobs / components which requires High Precise & Synchronous Welding.

·      Almost all joints can be welded in 1G position.

·      Critical components can be easily manipulated with the universal L- Type positioner for best weld joint orientation and Torch positioning.

·      Job weighing up-to 1.2 Tons can be Loaded on to Welding Positioner to carry out Robotic Welding with the Robot.

·      We have inhouse CNC Plasma & Flame Cutting machines which can aid us job preparation before Welding if required.

·      We are in the Welding automation business for the past 25 Years, this machine is built as a demo cell and we have got 2 shift spare capacity to cater to external needs.
