The Linear TIG Welding SPM is
designed according to the customer’s job requirement and budget. ·
The welding SPM can be used to weld
any cylindrical jobs, strips, sheets where a precise linear fusion weld is
required. ·
The system is developed with top
grade raw materials to meet the quality norms. ·
Hydro / pneumatic operated - It
consists of a hydraulic cylinder and power pack or servo motor for torch
motion. Pneumatic cylinder or spring-loaded clamps to hold the job with
suitable holder. ·
Precision linear slide rail working
with ball screw can secure stable transmission, for uniform welding path seam. ·
PLC based control panel - Provides easy
operation. Can input welding length and each welding control parameter. ·
Multiple Stations helps in
increased productivity. ·
Optional Gas backup Purging or
shielding unit and the cooling system can be offered |
