The basic machine comprises of
manual positioning of Welding head by the operator for every cycle.
2.
The Semi Automatic version of the
machine is equipped with PLC Controlled auto positioning slides for Torch
positioning and sequencing.
3.
The Automatic Version of the
machine is completely autonomous with CNC controlled Welding head for complete
auto positioning & machine sequencing.
4.
We have the advanced version of
this machine with Arc Welding Robot for Hydraulic Cylinder Welding.

Head stock is equipped with a self centering expanding chuck and the tail

Beam carriage with Motorized XYZ slides & MIG Welding Head. · Depending
on the customer’s expectation, the cylinder barrel handling is also automated
with a walking beam arrangement for auto positioning of Hydraulic cylinder
barrel inside the welding station and the same procedure for unloading of the
welded Hydraulic cylinder. · Multi
Layer Welding sequencing with
provision for automatic selection of welding parameter including Welding
Voltage, Current & Rotation speed, Oscillation speed parameters. Torch
vertical shift distance, etc. · The
above Parameterization window is Recipe based in case of PLC & CNC
Version. Where in Robotic Version, it is completely governed with Robot
Sequencing program. · Torch
