Vertical Plate Girder Fabrication Machine

 “PRIMO” has recently developed Heavy Beam Welding Machines for the Fabrication of Railway Bridge Beam. One of the advanced variants of this machine can produce heavy thickness beams from individual plates feeded to the machine without the need for pre-assembly. The machine is equipped with necessary modules with clamping mechanism for easy assembly and alignment of beams in vertical format – I type assembly of beam.

  “Plate Girder Fabrication Machine” is the Welding / Fabrication machinery with mechanized elements & modules used to produce Plate Girders in I format / Vertical from loosely feed lengthy plates. As the whole process takes place in I format, it is also called as“I Beam Plate Girder Welding /Fabrication Equipment”.

  • 1000 Plus programs can be stored and recalled as & when required. Hence need not do nesting again. Thus, nesting time can be saved.
